Capital Transport Service terms
- There is no obligation on our quotations. Please verify any prices and availability at the time of booking.
- The booking is only official when we receive the specified deposit amount and when the customer receives the booking confirmation reference number.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Our management reserves the right to refuse our service at any given time.
- The card holder is responsible for any misbehavior of his or her guests. This does not remove the obligations on the individual(s) who took the action.
- We have a no food and no smoking policy in all of our vehicles.
- Sunroof can be opened only by drivers’ approval.
- The driver may reserves the right to leave the privacy window open, in some circumstances.
- If the vehicle, after the services is unreasonably unclean, soiled or muddy the driver may reserve the rights of implementing the charges accordingly.
- Any deliberate damage caused by customer will be reported to the police, and charges will be made with the necessary authority.
- There is minimum cleaning charge of £150.00 applicable for sickness (i.e. vomiting) in the vehicle; the customer shall inform the driver if sickness (i.e. vomiting) is likely to happen, the driver can only take action if the safety of the vehicle or passengers is not at risk. Informing the driver does not mean the charges may not apply.
- Intoxication or drunkenness cannot be tolerated under any circumstances, which will lead to immediate service termination.
- For law and safety reasons customers shall not stretch their arms, legs, head or any part of their body out of window.
- Children must be companied by an adult at least 21 years of age, for health and safety reasons.
- Only airport customers are allowed to bring luggage or suitcase in the car.
- The amount of luggage should be confirmed in booking, according to vehicle type.
- The booked pickup address, the destination and the route, must be accessible for the type of vehicle the customer hire, if the location or the route cannot be accessed because of traffic signs or physical restrictions, or may danger the safety of vehicle or passengers, the driver reserves the rights at anytime to arrange an alternative route, or location to pickup or drop off the customers.
- Additional passengers will incur extra charges. These charges may vary from £5 to £20 and upwards per person-per hour. The addition of passengers may not always be an option. Capital Transport should be informed in advance regarding any extra passengers, in this unlikely event the driver may refuse extra passengers if it is not confirmed, this is for safety reasons.
- Reduction in number of passengers and alteration to journey will not justify the customer for refund or reimbursement, as the resources are allocated for the original booking.
Capital Coach Hire terms and conditions
Capital Coach Hire is represented by Capital Transport Ltd; to place any booking on this website you must read and agree with the following terms and conditions.
The terms, you, your, yours, customer refers to the passengers and the person who place the booking.
- There is no obligation on quotations, the price and availability may change at any time. The service is based on first-come, first-served.
- The booking is only confirmed when we receive the specified deposit amount and when the customer receives the booking confirmation reference number.

- When travelling overseas you are responsible for any legal document required in the country of destination for example Visa, It is your responsibility to have relevant travel insurance for the UK and the destination country, travel insurance in not compulsory and is your choice.

- The amount of luggage and any other belongings should be confirmed prior to the booking. If carrying any commercial load for example stands, posters, tables and chairs for exhibitions must be confirmed prior to the booking.
- The booked pickup address, the destination and the route, must be accessible for the coach, if the location or the route cannot be accessed because of traffic signs or physical restrictions, or may danger the safety of coach or passengers, the driver reserves the rights at anytime to arrange an alternative route, or location to pickup or drop off the customers.

Capital Transport should be informed in advance regarding any extra passengers, in this unlikely event the driver may refuse extra passengers if it is not confirmed, or additional charges will apply.

- In the following events, the customer will be liable to pay the full amount of service, and Capital Transport Ltd will reserve the rights to take the full balance, from the customer’s card or referring the customer to debt collection agency.
- In case of cancellation within 1 week prior to the service.
- In case of cancellation within 8 weeks prior to any major sporting events like Royal Ascot and special days like New Years Eve, Christmas day and religious events or any national events.
- Any airline delays will incur additional hourly charges. If the customer has not arrived within stated time, and the delay time exceeded one hour the vehicle will leave the airport
- and the customer will be charged for full service plus one additional hour, unless is stated otherwise in the booking confirmation. This is purely because of parking situation in airports.
Cancellation and breakdowns
- We have a large fleet of vehicles and all are kept at high standards, however breakdown, accidents, road closures and traffic related delays are inevitable.
- If the vehicle is late or has broken down or any traffic related delays, this will not justify the client for a refund as alternative arrangements would be made to send out a replacement vehicle. If the alternative vehicle is not available then a full refund will be made to the customer and Capital Transport accepts no other responsibility or liability for any costs either direct or indirect arising from the cancellation.
- Limousine cancellation fee within 3 days period of booking is 100% of the full booking price.
- Limousine cancellation fee within 3 weeks period of booking is equal 50% of the booking price.
- Coach cancellation fee within 2 weeks period of booking is 100% of the full booking price.
- Coach cancellation fee within 3 weeks period of booking is equal 50% of the booking price.
- Capital Transport is not responsible for any un-foreseeable event that may happen during the journey to customers, vehicles, drivers, entertainers or members of the public.
Capital Transport reserves the right to update the terms and conditions at any time.
